COVID positive

Ladies,

I’ve had a rough couple days and needed to hear if anyone else has dealt with COVID. I am an elementary teacher and we have a mask mandate. I even started double masking the week before to help. My scheduled c-section was December 1st and I had to take a test the 28th. I had a sore throat a few days before. My test came back positive the 30th and my doctor moved my csection from the 1st to the 8th. My due date is the 7th. I’m absolutely miserable. My symptoms are the worlds worst sore throat, cough, and some chest tightness. I was in the Er yesterday and the ER doctor couldn’t believe they delayed my csection and didn’t think we’d make it to the 8th. I want to be symptom free before baby comes, but I’m struggling! Anyone else have COVID at the end of pregnancy or deliver with a positive test?
