Why is my kid still awake?

Question

My 20 mo old does not go to bed !!!
She used to fall asleep by 8- well the last week or more, she’s wide awake chatting away until 930 even longer!
Not really sure why- I’m not with her during the day , she’s with her dad and he never really tells me her nap time ( when she is with me on weekends she naps for about 1.5 hrs from12-130) 
Is this a phase? Lack of outdoor time ( cold) ?

Our kids have so much energy they need to burn off during the day and fresh air helps too.  Have you tried an earlier nap or a high energy activity during the day then a nice relaxing wind down routine at bedtime?
It’s hard just now because of covid. Where we are there is hardly anything to do as there’s so many restrictions in place so I can understand if you’re not able to do certain activities. 
Everything is a phase at this age so hopefully that’s what it is and it gets easier for you.

I definitely notice a difference when we don’t get outside enough. We just bundle him up and let him go at it outside!
Of course this depends where you love.
