Ringworm or allergic rash?

So I had been wearing a Fitbit for a while when I noticed a rash started on the underside of my wrist where the band rests. I stopped wearing it immediately but the rash hasn’t gone away. It’s been about 3 weeks now I think. So I’m beginning to wonder if it’s not ringworm. I’ve had ringworm before lots of times as a kid, but it never really looked like this and I remember it being kind of painful and itchy. This rash isn’t painful or itchy at all, it’s just a circle with a little bit of peeling. I’ve been using extra lotion on it and cortisone cream but it’s still just hanging around. Any ideas on what it could be??
