Weightloss after c-section?

Can anyone help me with some tips for loosing weight after having a baby I had a C-section and I just can't seem to loose any weight 😟

Don't worry and was the same for some months now baby is 1 and i am too skinny and cannot gain weight because i spend my days running around her.
But i lost the first weigh doing interminent fasting ( 14hours with no food every day, once you start working iut and having your period get down to 12 so that it wont mess up your hormones), no refined sugar or processed foods, 1st thing in the morning ginger tea with lemon, 2nd thing matcha tea and them a healthy breakfast), no gluten aswell. Walk a lot when the weather is good, put her in the stroller and just walk

It takes some time tbh. While your hormones are still awry, it's going to be way more difficult than normal.
Eat properly, get some activity in and dont really watch the scale so carefully for the first few months post partum. At around the 6 month mark, you can really get into it and see your results.
