Pregnant on antibiotics?

So, I have been TTCing for over 2 years. I was on antibiotics in July, got pregnant, so I stopped the antibiotics to be safe & ended up having a chemical. Well, I’m on antibiotics again, as I almost cut my toe off this past weekend. I am 6DPO and have had weird cramps/ lots of creamy discharge.. so if i end up getting another BFP, should I keep taking the antibiotics until I get into the doc? I am worried that the same thing will happen again.. I will post my pregnancy test from July in the comments.
