Shift worker
Hi everyone, hopefully someone will be in my position or be able to help 🤞🏼
In my job I work shifts, so in any given week could be working 5 days shifts/4 late shifts/4 night shifts etc etc so this makes bbt charting a bit more difficult! I know I need 3 hours sleep before testing but I’m awful at sleeping after a night shift so find this hard work. Can anyone tell me when is best/most accurate to temp, after the initial couple of hours asleep or later? So today I went to sleep at 9am and woke at 10:37. Tested - 36.43. I then woke at 13:30 and didn’t test and then 15.30 and tested - 36.66. I’m currently 6 DPO and unsure whether to count the first as a dip (potential implantation) or not. My last few temps have been around the 36.6-36.7 mark.
This process is confusing enough, this is not what I need 😩😩 plz help xx
