False Negative

Anyone get crazy sick and have a ton of the symptoms of Covid but test negative? My husband had nearly all of the common, and some not so common, symptoms of Covid but tested negative. We got him a doctor's appointment but they had no openings for another week. We went to the appointment and they were certain he had Covid. Well we got the results back from a test they did then and it was also negative! 😳 They retested his sample and it again came back negative. So has anyone on this app gotten what they think is a false negative or know someone who thinks they've gotten a false negative?
