Freaking out, is this normal?

Just saw this when going to the bathroom. I am 5w3d and super upset right now.

That looks more like blood from a spot that may have a scratch or irritation 
Not vaginal blood 
Like a razor burn spot or something 
Because it’s a little dot

That seems more like blood from a tear from wiping or scratching or something. I’ve miscarried with months of spotting leading up to it and I can reassure you it looks NOTHING like that.

Did you shave or anything? Everything is so spread out it looks like it came from the outside skin not inside the vagina.
