BV? Yeast Infection?

So my partner and I are not TTC but we do have unprotected sex. After my period, my discharge is white/clear, & thin. Sometimes he finishes inside of me & After we have sex, we immediately go clean ourselves. A day after intercourse, my discharge thickens with small white clumps. It’ll stay thicker until about my next period. The discharge itself doesn’t usually smell, unless it builds up, from overproduction. When it does, it’ll have a slight fishy smell. The discharge sometimes has a slight hue of yellow. Sometimes it causes the skin between my vagina & anus to become dry & cracked, causing stinging while wiping.

After we have sex is the only time my discharge seems to go unbalanced,

Is it a PH issue? BV? Yeast Infection?
