HELP ⚠️

So my next door neighbors might have COVID and they might have passed it on to my boyfriends parents, since we’re neighbors and I’m Always with him, his parents have a HIGH fever but my bf and his sister don’t have symptoms. Nobody wants to get tested but I’m scared bc my neighbors are my cousins and my youngest cousin always comes over to play with my sisters. She doesn’t have symptoms but her parents do but it’s not confirmed they have COVID bc they don’t wanna test. HOW CAN I REPORT THEM OR WHAT DO I DO?? I don’t wanna be a snitch but I have a baby brother at home and I don’t want to risk him or anyone
