Advice please asap

Ok so I went to see the father of my unborn baby which we broke up bc his ex the mother of his son made up rumors that he believed. I had heard he was still sleeping with her but not sure. I went to use the bathroom and saw woman’s hair is it hers idk but she does have black hair? Should I say something or let it go ?
