Is it normal fory hips to be aching? It's my first pregnancy. I'm 8w 5d today and for the past couple of days my hips have been aching and it just kinda started out of nowhere? It's not like a sharp pain, just a consistent dull ache. Was wondering if that's okay

Totally normal! Mine still hurt some days and I'm 22weeks

Yes mine were killing me early in pregnancy. I sat with a heating pad on low to help relieve them some.
