Unexpected ovulation 😮 update-ish

So I have PCOS and I was only able to conceive my twins w clomid and metformin. Soooooooo... yesterday all day I had this sharp lower side pain and I had wondered if it were a cyst! I wasn’t sure since I hardly ever drop eggs and the only other time I felt that pain was on clomid. My last period was September 16th so I was just a bit confused.

Well.... before this pain started, early in the morning I saw my husband had just pulled up from getting off work and I texted him... “wanna quicky!” ( we have sex once a week since he works nights and I have no drive since I’m still on Zoloft.) He of course jumped me lol. Well.... one thing led to another and I told him he could finish inside.

Later that day I stopped at the Dollar tree to pick up an ovulation test before calling my OB about possibly having a cyst. ( I wanted to rule out ovulation.) And BAM!! As soon as I started the test, this bitch was positive!! 😮😮😮😮!! I thought, “oh shit!!!! Well... I might be getting pregnant after this morning!” ( we aren’t trying... we were just having a little fun....)

I guess I’ll be updating in two weeks 😮😂!

Update:

Well, 12dpo and so far every test is coming back negative 🤷🏽‍♀️... I hate having mixed feelings about seeing a negative test. I mean we aren’t trying and we aren’t in a place to really have another... but I kinda wish we could have just one more 🙁. Hopefully this cycle end soon ( day 92 of my cycle. Gotta love PCOS.)
