Drinking and breast milk
I had my first drink last night , nothing crazy just two wine coolers . I’m hand expressing, then bottle feeding and supplementing with formula . (I haven’t went and picked up my breast pump yet. I’m not producing much milk maybe a half ounce each time now.)
But how much do I have to ‘pump & dump’ before giving to baby again after drinking?
