6 weeks no heartbeat

I had an unexpected ultrasound yesterday due to a lot of nausea/ almost fainting symptoms. I was supposed to be 7 weeks but she said I was measuring 6 weeks, we seen the sac and the fetal pole but no heartbeat. I have to repeat the ultrasound in a week to make sure everything is okay and there’s growth with heartbeat. Please share some positive stories with me. I’ve had a previous MMC, then a rainbow baby that is 15 months old and now pregnant again with this one. It’s going to be a long week 😣😣🙏🏼
