Needing some help

Hi ladies so I took 2 pregnancy test before my period was due thinking it would read . Both came back negative so I thought maybe not this time . On the day of my period I never started but when I wipe it looked like little blood discharge and mucus . So I kept wishing my period is 3 days late .

This morning I wake up put tampon in I thought oh period . When I went to bathroom to remove it it was little blood but mostly brown blood on the tampon . When I wiped. Was little blood but Bright red . My breast still really hurt and nipples .

What does this mean ?
