Everyday because it turns into a grease pit otherwise, ESPECIALLY using dry shampoo. Shit sucks. 😭😩

Every 3-4 days. I used to wash it every day or every other day, but I had issues with oil and dryness (sounds like an oxymoron, right?) I'd get really bad dandruff sometimes and my hair would be so dry and full of static, but my roots would also get super greasy. Turns out that washing your hair too often actually trains your scalp to produce more oil because you're stripping your hair and scalp of moisture. It took a while to "retrain" my scalp/hair to wash it less. I gradually reduced the frequency of washing it, and I occasionally used dry shampoo if it felt particularly greasy before wash day but I'd usually just put it up on those days, lol. My hair is so much healthier now.

Once a week normally, now every 2 weeks since being pregnant because I'm not producing nearly as much h oil in my hair. I don't wash everyday because my hair is already dry and brittle and I want to allow my natural oils to nourish my hair on it's own.

I'm once per week, or every 10 days. I have hair almost to my butt. I used to wash it every other day, but soon realized that if you stop washing it so frequently it doesn't get greasy so fast. Now, I only have to wash it like every 10 days before it starts to get greasy. However, most of the time I wash it about weekly. My red hair color stays vibrant MUCH longer!
