My nipple is so dry!!

For many years my nipples always seem to get dry during this time of year but with a little lotion is seems to go away. Well I guess maybe this year I just didn’t think about lotion at all because my left nipple is so dry that it was bleeding yesterday. I’ve been putting Vaseline and coconut oil on it to try and help but I feel like it isn’t working. I’m almost wondering it it could be eczema because I feel like my entire boob itches but just the nipple shows physical signs of dryness. I also have eczema on my arms right now which is why I think this. I don’t know what to do though. It’s driving me crazy and I just want my nipples to be normal again. Has anyone ever had this issue?
