need advice...

so i am a senior in college and currently weigh 220 pounds. i’ve never been worried about weight until now. i don’t believe that i look 220 pounds as i’ve always had a lot of muscle and have the big butt thighs/boobs with a smaller waist. how can i avoid gaining weight while still having fun in college and not killing myself over every food and drinking decision? i feel so toxic right now
