Can’t seem to orgasm...

So, I just got out of a 20-year relationship where we weren’t having any sex for the last few years. So I have been masturbating (mostly in the shower or with vibrator or dildo) occasionally. But recently I started dating again and have noticed I can’t seem to come anymore.... whether during sex or masturbating 😢 Is this a psychological thing because I haven’t been touched by another person in so long??
