Confused

After 3 months of TTC after a blighted ovum, 2 very normal (regular cycles), I'm currently 6 days late. I'm getting negatives on my pregnancy tests. I've had nausea, tender breasts, sensitivity to smells, etc. I can't do blood tests until next week, with land being closed for the holidays. I'm scared that even though I've been overweight all my life (and it's never been an issue) that maybe I'm skipping a period....this would only complicate our attempts. It's getting really hard to stay super positive.
