Bc to prevent periods while bf?

Im on the mini pill and got my period after 10 months. I soooo dont want it every month! Is there a bc that prevent periods that are safe while breast feeding?

No. There’s no guarantee for which one will stop periods. Mini pill is the only pill that’s ok to use. Then there’s others that get inserted. But again no guarantee. Many get periods and many don’t.

There all effect people differently when i had the implant in I didn’t have a period for 18 months its was heaven. I have the IUD now but i’m only 3 months PP so I don’t expect a period for 6 months ish anyway, i think it’s just a case of trying different ones, the mini pill played havac with mine after my first baby i was coming on every 2 weeks once i started having periods 10 months PP so I wouldn’t use it again
