Pcos is pain

I didnt fit "all" of the categories to be diagnosed with PCOS because my hormone levels were below or whatever. I am a 26yr old female, I get my period maybe every two months for about 2 weeks 😩 I have FACIAL HAIR FACIAL HAIR I have to shave sometimes even twice a day its so embarrassing I feel so self-conscious. Sometimes I feel like people can see the hair even after I shave, I don't know what to do I try to stay positive but its just so much. The weight gain, the facial hair, the miscarriage, and I dont seem to ovulate I want to give up on everything but my bf tries to be so positive and he tries to be there for me. 🥺😭
