Shifting baby’s bedtime?
I read something about if baby is waking up later in the morning to shift their bedtime alittle earlier. Baby’s bedtime routine starts at 7:30 and he’s in bed by 8:30 and asleep by 9 every night. It works out perfectly because he’s always asleep right around 9-ish without any issues. He used to wake around 8:30 each morning but lately it’s been closer to 10:30. Is this a sign to shift his bedtime to alittle earlier? Could it just be possibly that he’s growing? He wakes up once at night to eat but then is back to sleep right after. If it is time to shift or if bedtime should’ve been earlier to start with, how do we go about this? I’ve tried having him nursing and in bed around 8 but he’d be wide awake and start fussing and wouldn’t go to sleep until 9.
