10dpo hot flashes and nausea

Hey everyone, just wanting some feedback please.. I have been getting nausea on and off the past few days. And some light cramps and hot flashes.. got a bad hot flash at work today and felt nauseous straight away again.. I’ve also had quite oily skin lately even though I drink plenty of water.. are these any signs?? I’m 10dpo, did a test yesterday 9dpo and was negative.. it’s our first time ttc and we haven’t had any luck yet so I don’t know what symptoms to look for.. hoping our miracle baby is here and it’s the most amazing Christmas present for us 💕🤞🏻👶
