Please help...starting to over think

Hey guys. This month I took opks and took my temperature same time internally each morning.

Fertility friend said I ovulated on the 16th November (I thought I ovulated later due to cramping)

I tested negative at 10dpo

But...

I tested positive at 12dpo.

Does this mean I’ve had a late implantation? Will it mean I’ll miss carry or it’ll turn into a chemical?

I feel my numbers are super low... tested yesterday afternoon with a first response 6days early (6.3mIU)

Went ahead to test with a digital (25mIU) which was negative meaning my HCG isn’t even at 25 yet?! Isn’t that really low?

I’m 3 Days late for my period.
