Peak on digital OPK but not peak on cheap strip

This is the second month I’ve gone from low fertility to peak within a day but my cheap strips don’t look positive yet. I am 9 months PP and have yet to have a period. I thought last month I would get one since I got the peak OPK but guess my body never ovulated. Any input from nursing mama’s who have experienced anything like this is appreciated!
