Is it too soon to know for sure if I’m pregnant??

My fiancé and I decided to very loosely try thinking there was no way we would get pregnant on our first try but then I took a test and it’s positive! I’m kind of losing my mind because I haven’t missed my period yet, but I took 3 of the first response 6 days sooner tests and they all came out positive. I’ve been reading about chemical pregnancy’s and going down the rabbit hole that is the internet so I decided to pop on here and ask for help! I don’t know what to think! And my obgyn can’t get me in until January 7th, which is making my hair fall out, lol. HELP!
