Advice needed (not pregnancy related)

Couple of weeks ago I had to go to Devon doctors in middle of night as I couldn’t face dealing with eating abs then bringing it back up multiple times of day. The nurse gave me an injection and some meds. I lasted just over a week I think with feeling better .

4 or 5 days ago , the vomitting started again .

I have a blood test tomorrow .
