LOW PAPP A?

Has anyone gotten news that they have low Papp A Levels? I just got a call from a nurse stating that my levels were on the low side but “not danger zone low” she assured me that I didn’t have anything to worry about but of course after googling Low Papp A I’m a nervous wreck! Also she said this has to do with an issue with the placenta..She mentioned that the baby could be at risk for low birth weight or preterm labor so they were going to monitor the baby more closely until I deliver. Please anyone with any additional information about this, please inform me! I’m already stressed enough!
