Please tell me about your stories of being pregnant before a year pp

My baby is 10 months old. I had a hard pregnancy with gestational diabetes. I just got a positive pregnancy test. I’ve never felt this scared. I keep crying and I feel guilt. I feel like I just took so much from my daughter. I also have PPA. I am just in shock. I know I need to suck it up but I just took the test 20 minutes ago and this is just crazy to me right now. Please tell me your experience with this. Also she’s ebf and I don’t want to stop
