Bubbles in stomach 🤔

I’m 6 days late on AF, 19/20dpo!!

And today all day I’ve been feeling bubbles and slight twinges in my stomach, along with bloating and tender boobs.

I’ve took a test everyday and all been negative.

Has anyone felt these bubbles in belly feeling and been pregnant ? 🤔

I’ve been pregnant before and the only way I can describe the feeling is when you start getting flutters at around 16 weeks pregnant🤷🏻‍♀️

And may I just add I know it’s not baby 😂 I just wondered if the feeling could be an early pregnancy symptom.
