Confused Please Help

Hello Ladies,

I didn’t have my period in November and still haven’t had it. I thought I was pregnant but when I tested on December 1st it was negative an I tested yesterday and it was negative but when I test for ovulation It’s been positive since last month. I don’t know what this means. I have an appointment till next year which sucks to wait that long. Has anyone gone through this an actually was pregnant?
