2 days ago I was experiencing what I thought was food poisoning from eating expired food from a restaurant. I couldn’t eat much. Had diarrhea, severe stomach cramps that lasted couple days, and was also feeling nauseous. With what happened today I’m thinking It wasn’t food poisoning and I was actually miscarrying..

Can someone please help me? Did I miscarry? Am I over exaggerating?? Help!!! Although baby wasn’t planned I was extremely happy 💔💔😭😭
