hard swollen lymph nodes in groin

this has been going on the pain varies with ibuprofen. i went to gyno first and he told me to take ubuperfon for a week and see if it goes away. it’s been days and the pain isn’t as bad but i’m still swollen and it’s super hard and barely moves when i touch it. it says online it usually means and infection but i don’t notice anything different besides more discharge down there but i’ve been tested for stds and every thing
