Is he playing with me?

So I started talking to this guy two weeks ago, he seems decent and intelligent and definitely my type. Earlier this week we had discussed about going on a coffee date on Friday. At 7am he messaged me and at 10am I responded. The very last message I sent (see below) I sent at 9pm as I haven’t heard from him since this morning. Has he ghosted me? He normally takes ages to respond but he works all day and normally replies at night but if we organised to do something tomorrow shouldn’t he be messaging so we can sort it out. What do I do? Do I just fk him off??? If he messages back too late tomorrow, should I give him another chance?
