Gender reveal ideas

What are your ideas on how to surprise grandparents/ great grandparents etc with the gender? My husband and I will be finding out the gender and we want to surprise our family! Bonus points for Christmas or Hanukah theme ideas!

Last baby, we had them choose a pink or blue balloon (whatever they thought the gender was). And the incorrect gender, we punctured with tiny holes so it wouldn’t blow up. I *may* do this idea again if I can’t find a better one!
