I have my first drs appointment

How do i make sure they give me an ultrasound or at least let me hear the heart. Do i have to ask for it? I was told over the phone that this was just going to be the initial visit with the nurse to find out my family history but i don’t think my anxiety will go down until i hear the heart beat and i can’t wait another two weeks. Do i jus ask for one or how does it work?

I’m 9w6d rn. But at my appointment i will be 10w4d
