Yeast infection

So lately my vagina has felt a little itchy, super sensitive, and like stings when i wipe after the bathroom. I thought maybe it was a yeast infection because I’m on new antibiotics from a wisdom tooth surgery, but my discharge is like a dark yellow/orange/brown. Could this still be a yeast infection? I haven’t had sex in a month and I’m with a boyfriend of 3 years. This is also the second wisdom tooth surgery and I don’t remember this happening to me last time (same antibiotics). I had a yeast infection once before but didn’t know it (idk how) thoughts?
