6 weeks pregnant did ultra sound yesterday 6 weeks pregnant my HCG 10.000  bleeding is this normal

My doctor told me to always call with any new bleeding. The first time I had spotting they said that if it became bright red or enough to fill a pad call back ASAP and they’d tell me wether to come in or go to the Er. Definitely call your OB
