Bleeding at 3 weeks...

So I had posted a picture and post last night about my bleeding... I had called the doctor and I am supposed to come in today. But I did call the emergency after hours number last night she she explained it’s not much they can do for me being too early and they can’t do a vaginal ultrasound because it’s too early. But they can check my hcg levels by doing blood work... I was having some cramping as well..

Here is it this morning... I had wore a pad over night so it was no blood in the pad... only when I wipe it’s like brown spotting. ⤵️

Have y’all had something like this and had a healthy pregnancy and baby?
