Could this cause miscarriage?

I work in childcare and have for 5 years, I work with two year old so I have to change diapers. There is a step stool for them to get on the changing table, but I have to lift them off and by the end of the day my back is killing me!! Could this cause a problem? Or just normal pregnancy pain?

Unless you were told to be on pelvic rest or bedrest it's completely fine, and normal pregnancy pain the more active you are they more you'll feel it., if you don't have a pregnancy belly support band.. invest in one they help loads.

As long as you’re used to it, you’ll be fine. I carry my twin boys that are 3 years old together around the house, granted now that I’m 37 weeks, I’ll admit I get winded and tired if I carry them for too long.

If your body's been used to lifting them since before pregnancy, then there is no harm. The back pain is normal in pregnancy ☺️ a little work makes you feel shattered by the end of the day

I lifted on 2 23m olds daily. You'll be fine :)
