Hi. I just found out we are pregnant and I'm about 4W3d based on my last cycle. I had been trying for 15 months with an RE and letrozole. This was my last chance cycle before surgery which was scheduled next week. I am terrified as any if my friends have had ectopic pregnancies, chemical pregnancies, and miscarriages. My clinic can't get me in until October 2 for a blood test or prenatal appointment. Any suggestions or advice!
