Pregnancy symptoms...

What are some pregnancy symptoms? I'm 32 and I know how babies are made and that each woman might/do have different symptoms. I'm in a committed relationship. I've never been pregnant before, my cycles are not always regular. Oh, I also had my tubes tied on Sept 19, 2019. But I'm nauseous and vomiting in the mornings, I have gained around 15-20 lbs in the last 6 to 9 months. I do have some breast tenderness, and headaches, some extra sleepiness, some moodiness, more acne. I plan on taking a pregnancy test in the morning.
