Help...FTM Mom here

My LO is 14 months, last night while sleeping he was coughing (it woke me up) but he slept through it, all day today hes been coughing sounds like a wet cough. Been checking temp all day (rectum) and it's averaging 38.2, he also not eating (normal eats extremely well) just wants milk or water.

Now at bedtine he fell asleep as per our normal bedtime routine i put him in hes cot and left the room (humidifier is on) I was watching him via the monitor and he kept moving around, sat up and started moaning for us, my husband went in and picked him up, my LO coughed again but this time threw up all hes milk.

Hes now sitting with me while I try get him to sleep again.

He must have some virus hes little body is trying to fight. Any tips on what I can do to help him and at what temp do we need to go the hospital room?
