When I use a vibrator I squirt out this clear liquid and it feels really good. Like before it happens it feels like it’s building up and it feels good till it comes out then I’m so tired and wanna stop. But when I’m on top of my boyfriend riding and I “cum” it comes out a more white cummy nut and it feels just like squirting but during Intercourse I don’t know how it feels to orgasm?

You are quite correct, squirting and an orgasm is not the same thing.
An orgasm is the climax of any sex act (masturbation/intercourse). Sometimes we can even orgasm when we do not expect it, like during exercise or in our sleep).
When you get stimulated, stress and tension builds up in your muscles and brain. At some stage your brain goes into a short trance-like state, allowing all that energy, stress and tension to release in waves of pleasure and contractions, starting from your clitoris or uterus and rippling throughout your body. After an orgasm, you should feel satisfied, happy, relaxed, maybe glowing and sleepy.
There are various fluids that can come out when you get stimulated. Fluid from your Bartholin’s glands, Skene’s glands, arousal fluid, discharge and urine. The discharge from your Skene’s glands, Bartholin’s glands, arousal fluid or discharge, can be clear, milky or creamy. 
Squirting is a large quantity of fluid from your bladder. Some women squirt when they orgasm, some when they are penetrated, some just in the middle somewhere. Squirting is not your orgasm, although it can make your orgasm feel better. Some women never orgasm, even though they squirt.
When you are on top of your partner and you ride him, you are rubbing your clitoris on him. Since your clitoris is your main pleasure organ, you orgasm. During sex with him, your clitoris is not getting the same stimulation and you do not orgasm.
