Any tips to make milk more fatty?

My milk has been very fatty since I started pumping at week one (my little one could never latch). I’m not sure why but my milk looks watery this week and almost no fat at the top once it’s cold. Little guy has had green poop off and on this week as well :( I eat oatmeal in the morning, I also haven’t made any diet changes so I’m not sure why my milk has changed.

Breast milk changes daily. You can pump every day and the colors can vary a lot. You are producing what your baby needs. Sometimes it’s fattier and sometimes it’s more watery. It’ll fluctuate.
