So my exclusively breasted baby, now 3 months old (born September 2nd💕) only ever has diarrhea when she poops. It is no longer the seedy yellow breastmilk poop. It is always watery, green, and smells awful... She is not dehydrated. She has plenty of wet diapers. She isn’t fussy. She eats every 3-4 hours.

And by “always” diarrhea, I mean for the last month or more. She goes about 2 days without pooping and then poops once or twice those days.

We see her pediatrician this week (she has been out with covid for a long time) so hopeful to get some answers but have no idea what could be causing this?

I have cut out all dairy products because she has a milk allergy.

Since that isn’t a factor, I’m not sure what could be?
