Subchorionic hematoma and discharge? Advice please

So I was diagnosed with a small hematoma at 5 weeks. I’m now 7 weeks and with a ultrasound last week they tried to find it and she said she could barley see it and that it most likely is healing itself. Well ever since my spotting stopped I’ve had this yellow discharge? It’s not a infection I’ve been test for everything including BV and UTI. So I guess my question would be is this related to the hematoma. The left over junk maybe from it? Or completely unrelated?
