Nipple piercings

Hey y’all! So I got my nipples pierced this year around June. I’m due in May and really want to keep them but also want to breast feed. I read online to take them out at feedings but I’m wondering will they mess with my ducts? I wasn’t able to produce a lot with my last child, so I’m hoping this doesn’t make me produce even less than before.
